What client version you downloaded: 0.0.7 - dashboard/standalone client download - Windows 10-x64

What part of the system was the bug/issue encountered in: General play

Are you able to replicate the problem: Yes - Toggle Windmap/Heatmap Display

Detailed description of the problem: It seems that everything below a specific point on the map moves diagonally down and to the left slightly when you first click on Windmap/Heatmap Display.  The bottoms of rocks and trees seem to stretch while the tops of the trees continue to sway normally.

Windmap isn't working anymore right now, but it's not an issue, it's just the effect of the wind map, it'll be more easy to understand when you'll see it working
